At Sneakersell, we strive to offer you exclusive and authentic sneakers. You may notice that the price sometimes varies per size – this is because some sizes are harder to find or more popular in the market.

We use dynamic pricing, based on availability, demand, and scarcity. This allows us to offer you a fair price and ensure that we keep our collection up-to-date and unique.

At Sneakersell, we believe that every purchase is more than just an orderβ€”it's an experience.

Each pair is carefully selected, often ordered especially for you.

Therefore, we ask you to choose consciously and only order when you are sure of your size and model.

We are not just a standard webshop, but an exclusive sneaker boutique where quality, authenticity and personal service are paramount.

Return policy

Is your order not quite to your liking?

Then you can request a return within 14 days of shipment , provided that:

  • the sneakers are unworn
  • all original labels and tags (including the Sneakersell tag) are still attached.
  • the original shoebox is present
  • the package will be returned in a double box , as we sent it.

Exceptions

In order to maintain the exclusivity of our collection, we cannot accept returns of:

  • sneakers that have been ordered on demand (via webshop, store or social media)
  • items with signs of wear , missing tags , damaged boxes , or packaging deficiencies

Processing & Refund

After receiving and checking the return, we offer two options:

Option 1 β€” Store Credit (free of charge)

Receive the full value of your purchase as store credit , which you can use to choose another pair later.

Only the shipping costs will be charged.

Option 2 β€” Refund (with processing fee)

If you choose a cash refund, we will charge a processing fee:

  • Up to €195: €15.50 processing fee
  • From €195: 10% of the purchase amount

🧾 In the event of an incorrect delivery or sizing error due to our fault , we will of course cover all costs in full.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
  • Sneakersell is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays to the package until it has been received and inspected by us.
  • We advise to always send with a tracking number .

For popular or new models, we try to ship your order within 24 hours .

For exclusive or older models β€”which are more difficult to obtainβ€”it may take a little longer.

On average, we ship orders within 2 to 6 days .

2. Why does delivery take longer for some sneakers?

Some sneakers are more exclusive, older, or no longer produced.

We order them especially for you from our partners. As soon as they arrive, they are checked for authenticity and shipped immediately.

3. Are my sneakers authentic?

Yes, 100% .

All the sneakers we sell are original and authentic .

Each pair is checked by professional authenticators before we ship it to you.

4. How will my order be shipped?

We always ship with reliable couriers , such as Bpost or PostNL .

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow exactly where your package is.

5. Can I cancel my order if the delivery time is longer than expected?

That depends on the situation.

If the longer delivery time was stated in advance , cancellation is usually not possible.
